Understand, observe, act with awareness

Knowledge about the body in a clear, coherent system

The programme brings together foundations of neuro-reflex theory, neurophysiology, chronobiology and biomechanics. Learners explore individual rhythms, mobility assessment and general principles of self-regulation.

Each module follows the same learning logic: theory, demonstration, independent observation, reassessment and discussion with the teacher.

The course provides a system of reference points, not a promise of universal results.

How learning works

Remote learning with live contact

Materials are delivered through GetCourse. Teaching uses video, webinars and live broadcasts, with real-time questions and assessment by the teacher.

  1. 01

    24 learning weeks

The programme runs for six months, with a five-day break between modules three and four.

  2. 02

    One class per week

The base schedule is Saturday, two academic hours per day. One academic hour equals 45 minutes.

  3. 03

    Assessment after each module

An oral interview is held live on the final Sunday of each study month.

  4. 04

    Schedule tailored to the group

Exact dates are set as groups form, and an individual study schedule is permitted.

Learning outcomes

After the course, learners will be able to

These are learning competencies from the approved programme, not a promise of a medical result.

  • 01understand foundations of neurophysiology, chronobiology and body biomechanics
  • 02observe rhythmic change and assess mobility in a consistent sequence
  • 03perform initial and follow-up assessment of the area being studied
  • 04understand principles of neuro-reflex regulation and self-regulation
  • 05relate breathing, support and movement to whole-body patterns
  • 06respect the boundaries of safe educational practice

Important boundaries

Education does not replace medical care

Programme materials are not individual treatment advice. Acute, threatening or rapidly worsening conditions require urgent medical care. Practical action must remain within personal competence, applicable law and safety.
