Data processing consents
Analytics and administrator requests are enabled only through separate voluntary actions.
The Allow analytics button applies only to technical website analytics. It does not consent to processing medical information or submit tax-form data.
The AI assistant is separate from Yandex Metrica and works independently of your analytics choice. Its requests are processed by the OpenAI API: do not enter personal data, diagnoses, test results or medical records.
Data involved
The service may receive IP address, device and browser data, referral source, visited pages, clicks, scrolling and an interface-session recording.
Purpose
To analyse visits, navigation and technical errors. This data is not used for diagnosis, medical profiling or treatment decisions.
How to decline or withdraw
Choose Necessary only. To change a saved choice, clear this website’s browser data and reload. Declining does not restrict resources or contact information.
Administrator request
Submitting an administrator request requires a separate consent checkbox in the form. The visitor permits the clinic to process the supplied name, contact, preferred channel, short topic or voice recording and the list of sections shown by the assistant solely to respond and arrange contact. Data is stored on the Russian server and is not sent to the AI. Do not attach medical records or test results.
Consent may be withdrawn by contacting the controller. After a verified request, the lead data will be deleted unless retention is legally required.
