What data the website uses, why it is needed and how visitors control their choices.
The tax-deduction form only checks entries locally: identity, tax, phone and patient details are not submitted or stored by the website. Contact the clinic to agree a secure way to provide a request.

2. Necessary local preferences
Browser localStorage holds only accessibility preferences and the optional-analytics choice. Tax-form contents are not written to localStorage.
3. Analytics and external services
Yandex Metrica loads only after separate consent. Yandex Maps, VK and RUTUBE load after a click and may receive technical connection data under their own policies.
4. AI assistant
To prepare an answer, the server sends a redacted question and relevant published extracts to the OpenAI API. The browser masks recognisable phone numbers, email addresses and name phrases before text submission. In voice mode, audio is sent to the OpenAI Realtime API after an explicit click. The ordinary AI conversation and its audio are not retained in the clinic cabinet. Do not share diagnoses, test results or medical records in the AI conversation.
5. Contacting the clinic
The separate request form may collect a name, contact details, preferred channel and short topic, or one voice message, only after explicit consent. The data goes directly to the Russian Jino server, is not sent to the AI and is available only to authorised clinic administrators. It is used to respond and arrange contact, and retained until consent is withdrawn, the request is completed, or for no more than 12 months unless law requires longer retention. It is not used for automated diagnosis.
6. Visitor rights
Visitors may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, and contact the controller, regulator or a court. Declining analytics does not restrict the website.
