Understanding the concern
What to know before booking
The causes of infertility and IVF strategy are determined by reproductive specialists from appropriate assessment. Manual techniques cannot responsibly promise increased implantation, prevention of complications or pregnancy.
Before treatment, only associated musculoskeletal concerns, tension and movement comfort may be discussed. During stimulation and after embryo transfer, any adjunctive intervention requires treating-clinician agreement because restrictions are individual.
During pregnancy, gentle support may sometimes address back or pelvic-girdle pain after obstetric review. Bleeding, abdominal pain, maternal deterioration or changed fetal movement requires obstetric or urgent care, not a routine osteopathic visit.
