Understanding the concern
What to know before booking
Pain, cycle changes, unusual discharge, bleeding and fertility difficulty have many causes. Manual assessment cannot determine hormones, infection, endometriosis or tumours and does not replace ultrasound or laboratory investigations prescribed by a physician.
After specialist assessment, functional pain, pelvic-girdle tension or restrictions after surgery or childbirth may persist. The osteopathic physician can assess musculoskeletal contributors and coordinate with gynaecological recommendations.
This page intentionally makes no promise to balance hormones, cure infertility or guarantee pregnancy. The safety and usefulness of any adjunct are discussed individually; primary diagnosis and treatment remain with the specialist.
