Pregnancy and Changes in the Body

Pregnancy changes not only a woman’s body, but also its whole system of balance. Osteopath Eduard Sergeyevich Pervushkin views the expectant mother’s body as a whole.

During a session, he works gently with areas of tension, helping the body adapt to the changes taking place and maintain its natural internal balance.

Eduard Sergeyevich Pervushkin’s Experience

Eduard Sergeyevich has practised osteopathy since 2006. Over the years, he has conducted more than 55,000 sessions, authored books and professional articles, and teaches at the Kuban Institute of Osteopathy.

Eduard Sergeyevich is a father of many children and was personally present at three births. According to the clinic, this experience helps him understand the care and attentiveness a woman needs during pregnancy.

An Individual Approach During Pregnancy and After Childbirth

Osteopathic support may be helpful at different stages of pregnancy and during recovery after childbirth. Whether a session can be provided and what it should address are determined individually, taking account of the stage of pregnancy, the woman’s wellbeing and the recommendations of her obstetrician-gynaecologist.

There are contraindications. A consultation with a specialist is required.
