A group practice at sunrise

A group meditation entitled ‘Ideal Self’ will take place on 31 May, the last Sunday of the month. It begins at 5:00 am by the Chkalov monument.

Participants are invited to greet the sunrise and take part in the practice together, with a shared intention and attention to their inner state.

Why a group format was chosen

According to the organisers, practising together can support concentration, a deeper engagement with the experience and awareness of one’s inner response.

The event description notes that a group setting may make it easier to focus on oneself, let go of everyday tension and notice what can be overlooked in the rush of daily life.

The ‘Ideal Self’ practice

According to the organisers’ description, the ‘Ideal Self’ practice is based on biological decoding methods. Its stated aims include attention to inner resources, moving away from a state of constant tension, gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and developing contact with one’s ‘ideal state’.

These statements reflect the organisers’ position and require medical and legal review before publication on the clinic website.

What to bring

Participants are advised to bring a sit mat and headphones.
