The ZaRozhdenie Forum in Nizhny Novgorod
The ZaRozhdenie forum for expectant mothers and parents will take place in Nizhny Novgorod on 19 July. Doctors, maternity and childhood experts, maternity hospital representatives and brands will meet at one venue.
The programme includes talks about pregnancy, birth and motherhood, opportunities to meet experts and specialists and ask questions in person, as well as gifts and prize draws.

He will discuss preparation for pregnancy, birth and motherhood through the health of women, the way the body works and an osteopathic approach. The session will focus on understanding the body, noticing changes during pregnancy and preparing for a child’s birth.
